Your work is better than your website.
We build you a new homepage from your own photos and reviews, free, so you can see it before you decide. We can also take busywork off your plate, like texting you new leads and asking customers for reviews.

Example: a website for a hardscape company. A multi-page site for a design-build hardscape company: finished projects up front, a page for each part of the work, and tap-to-call and text on phones. Open the full example
Example: a website for a garden design studio. A planting-first site for a small garden design studio: gardens and plants up front, the design approach on the homepage, and plain answers to the questions people ask before they call. Open the full example
Example: a website for a plumbing company. A phone-first layout for a plumbing and water heater company, built to turn an urgent search into a call or a booked visit. Open the full example
On a client project, every photo, review, and phone number comes from the business's current site and listings.
What customers check before they call you
People form an opinion of a website in about a twentieth of a second, and that first impression shapes how much they trust the rest of it.1 Before anyone calls you, they're checking six things. When one fails, some of them call the next company instead.
About half the businesses we review have at least one of these problems.
- Does your site load, and is it yours? If they find a dead page, a parked domain, or someone else's business, they move on.
- Does it fit a phone screen? Many people look you up on a phone. If they have to pinch and zoom, some give up.
- Can they call you with one tap?If your number is plain text, they have to copy it by hand, and some won't bother.
- Can they ask for a quote at 9 p.m.?Without a working form, an evening lead waits until morning or goes to someone who answers.
- Does it look current? An old copyright year or a dated design makes people wonder if you're still in business.
- Can they see your work and your reviews?Your photos and reviews are your best proof, and only 4% of consumers say they never read online business reviews.2 If yours are missing or buried, the customer decides without them.

What we do
We build websites for small businesses, and we set up the tools around them that answer leads and save time.
Every site covers all the services you offer, with your photos and reviews, a quote form, tap-to-call on phones, and the setup Google needs to show you in search results. Most sites go live about a week after we have your content and access.

QuotedHow a project works
- We build a new homepage from the photos, reviews, and wording on your current site, and send you the link. It costs you nothing.
- If you like it, we talk for 15 minutes and agree on a fixed price and exactly what's included.
- We build the rest of the site and you review it. It goes live when you're happy with it.
- After launch, we can host it and keep it up to date for $49 a month.
For other services, we start with the call.
About us

Kinglet & Co. was founded by Chris Braamse. He likes taking something that works well enough and making it work properly, and small businesses are full of chances to do that: a website that undersells great work, a contact form that goes nowhere, an evening lost to tasks a computer could handle.
Every client works directly with Chris, from the first call through launch and after it.
The name comes from the ruby-crowned kinglet, a small songbird with a red crown it keeps hidden most of the time.
Questions
Yes. If you don't want to go ahead, you owe nothing.
Any business that wants a better website or less busywork. Our examples are home-service businesses, and the same approach works for shops, clinics, restaurants, and studios.
Usually website leads texted to you, follow-up emails after estimates, and review requests after each job. We start with whatever takes up most of your week.
A short call, any photos you have beyond what's online, and a review before launch. About an hour in total.
